booking appointments
All appointments can be made by phone or in person.
Walk-in clients are welcome.
cancellation policy
We require a minimum of 2 hours notice to cancel a single salon
appointment. Spa appointments require a 24-hour notice to cancel or change. We reserve the right to guarantee spa appointments with a credit card at time of booking. If you fail to call or show, your card will be charged 50% of your services.
cell phones
We ask that you consider other patrons and staff. Cell phones
should be silenced while visiting the salon or spa.
check in/late arrival
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to any spa or massage appointment.
In order to maximize the benefits of your treatment, we
ask that you be on time. As a courtesy to our other guests, if your treatment is delayed due to a late arrival, it will end as scheduled so the next guest is not delayed.
children
Children are allowed only in the salon area.

gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated and 100% discretionary. We are able to add them to your credit card.

Please advise us at time of booking if you have any concerns.

We want to provide you with the best service and retail experience possible. If for any reason, no matter how minor, you are not 100% happy, we want to know.

Please note, to protect ourselves and our other guests, we reserve the right to deny services to anyone as we deem necessary.

We accept cash, checks, visa, mastercard, discover, amex and OTC gift certificates.
special events
Friends night out, bridal party, or corporate event -- if you would like to book multiple services for friends and family, please speak to our receptionist or salon manager to maximize your best options and obtain the best rates.
